Steps
Preparing Traditional Piña Colada (Simple Method)

Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender. Crushed ice is the easiest to blend.

Pour 30 ml of coconut milk into the blender. This step brings a subtle coconut flavor to the delicious drink.

Pour 60 ml of white Rum into the blender. The Rum adds the bold, intoxicating taste to your Piña Colada. If you'd prefer a non-alcoholic version, you can skip this step.

Add 90 ml of pineapple juice into the blender.

Blend all the ingredients together. Set the blender to medium speed and blend until everything is well mixed. The resulting Piña Colada should be smooth, sweet, and creamy.

Pour the Piña Colada into a glass.

Garnish. Attach a slice of pineapple to the rim of the glass for decoration. Alternatively, you can add a Maraschino cherry to the cocktail. Enjoy your Piña Colada on a hot summer day or anytime you feel like it.

Making a Creamy and Chilled Piña Colada
Blend 2 cups of crushed ice. Add the ice to the blender and blend on high speed to break up large chunks, making the Piña Colada smoother and colder.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender. Pour 90 ml of coconut milk, 180 ml of coconut water, 45 ml of heavy cream, and 60 ml of white Rum into the blender.
Blend all the ingredients on high speed for 15 seconds. Continue blending until the mixture turns into a cold, thick consistency.
Pour the drink into a glass. You can use any type of glass, but a Hurricane or tall glass will make the presentation more appealing.
Garnish the drink with a Maraschino cherry. Slice the cherry in half and place it on the rim of the glass.
Insert a straw into the glass of water. Sipping on a refreshing Piña Colada through a straw is the best way to enjoy this drink.
Enjoy the drink. Savor this delicious beverage whenever you feel like it, and enjoy every moment of it.
Prepare Strawberry Piña Colada

Add strawberries and sugar into the blender. Place one cup of hulled and quartered strawberries along with two tablespoons of sugar into the blender. Blend until smooth and the strawberries are well combined with the sugar.

Pour the blended strawberries and other ingredients into the pitcher. Add the blended strawberries, 120 ml of pineapple juice, 180 ml of mango juice, 90 ml of white rum, and 60 ml of Triple Sec into a large pitcher. Stir until all the ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Place it in the refrigerator. Chill the mixture for at least 1 hour.

Enjoy your drink. Pour the delicious strawberry cocktail into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Tips
- You can make more than one serving by doubling or tripling the ingredients.
- If the Piña Colada seems too thin after blending, add some crushed ice and blend again.
Warning
- When purchasing coconut milk, it's important to select products labeled 'Coconut Milk' rather than 'Coconut Water,' as they are two completely different items.
- Avoid preparing more than three Piña Coladas at once. Most blenders are not capable of processing enough ingredients for three servings of Piña Colada, resulting in uneven mixing.
