Step 1: Open the Facebook app on your mobile. Then, tap on the Menu (1) ➜ Groups (2) ➜ Your Groups (3) tab.
With this option, Facebook will show you a complete list of all the groups you've joined.
Step 2: In the list of groups you've joined, tap the Settings icon and select Members to proceed with leaving groups in bulk, based on your preferences.
Step 3: A list of the groups you've joined will appear, with a 'Leave' button next to each. Simply click Leave to exit multiple groups at once on Facebook.
