This article will show you how to contact Netflix via phone or online.
Steps
Call
Dial the number 1-866-579-7172.
Use the mobile app.
Open the Netflix app. It is a black app with a red N symbol.
- If the app doesn’t log you in automatically, enter your login details.
Tap on the ☰ icon located at the top left corner.
Tap on Call Help Center option near the bottom of the menu.
Tap on Call Us to connect to a Netflix Help Center representative.
- You can also tap on Go to Help Center website to browse or search for help topics or learn more about Netflix.
Live Chat
Visit https://www.netflix.com using your web browser.
- If you're a member and not logged in, click Sign in, then enter your email address and password.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click on Contact Us.
Scroll down and click on Start Live Chat to begin a chat. A dialog box will appear with a list of frequently asked questions.
Click on Tell us what your issue is at the bottom of the chat box.
Type in the reason you need to reach Netflix.
Click on Start Chat to begin the conversation. You will be connected to a Netflix Help Center representative.
