If your Facebook password has recently been updated, you might encounter issues while trying to link Candy Crush to your Facebook account. An error message may appear in Candy Crush stating, "Sorry, you don't have access to the Kingdom right now." If you're unable to connect, there are a few methods you can try to re-establish the connection.
Note: Linking the Candy Crush app to a Facebook account has been a persistent issue for users over the years. Occasionally, developers address this problem to restore functionality later. The steps below can help you reconnect, though the issue may remain unresolved until the game developers fix it.
StepsReset your computer

Uninstall the Candy Crush app on your phone. On iOS, tap and hold the Candy Crush Saga icon until it starts shaking, then press the "x" button that appears on the icon. On Android, open the Settings menu, select Applications, find Candy Crush Saga, and choose "Uninstall."
- Your game progress is linked to your Facebook account, so there's no need to worry about losing your "level." You will only lose progress made on the phone app if the network connection is interrupted.

Reinstall the app. Once the app has been uninstalled, open the app store on your device. Download and reinstall the Candy Crush Saga app. Do not launch the app immediately.

Open Facebook on your computer. Launch your web browser and navigate to the Facebook website. Enter your login credentials.

Launch the Candy Crush Saga app. Access the app through the menu bar on the left side of the Facebook screen. Candy Crush Saga should appear there. If not, search for the game using the search bar at the top of the page.

Click on "Play on Phone." This option is located at the bottom left corner of the screen once the game has loaded successfully. Candy Crush Saga will reconnect to your Facebook account, syncing your phone progress with your Facebook progress.

- After logging in, return to the Home screen but do not log out.

Launch Candy Crush. Tap on the Candy Crush app icon from your home screen.

Connect to Facebook. On the Candy Crush home screen, press the "Connect!" button. You can now resume your game progress.
