This article will guide you through the process of recovering deleted emails from Hotmail's junk folder (now Microsoft Outlook) within a 14-day period.
Steps to Follow

Open the Outlook webpage. This action will open your inbox in Microsoft Outlook once you're logged in.
- If you aren't logged in yet, click Sign In, enter your email address, click Next, enter your password, and then click Sign In.

Right-click on the Deleted Items (Deleted Items). This folder is located on the left side of your screen, near the bottom of the folder list in your inbox.
- If you're on a Mac, use two fingers to right-click on Deleted Items.

Click on Recover Deleted Items (Phục hồi các mục đã xóa). This option is near the bottom of the right-click menu. After clicking it, a second Outlook page will appear.
- If your browser blocks pop-ups, you might need to click the "blocked pop-up" icon in the top-right of the URL bar and allow pop-ups from Outlook to open the recovery page.

Click on the checkbox to the left of each email you wish to restore. Any emails deleted from the Trash folder within the last 14 days will be displayed here.
- If no emails appear, it means your deleted emails have surpassed the allowable recovery period.
- You can use the search bar at the top of the page to find specific emails.

Click on Recover (Khôi phục). This button is located at the top-left corner of the page.
- You may also click Purge (Dọn dẹp) on the right side of the Recover (Khôi phục) option to delete the selected emails.

Click OK. This action will restore the selected emails to your inbox.
Tip
- Windows Live, Hotmail, and Outlook are essentially the same service.
- If you can't remember your email address, you can log into Outlook using your Skype username or phone number.
Warning
- If the email has been deleted for more than 14 days, it cannot be restored.
