If you can't log into Facebook after several failed password attempts, the system will automatically switch to account recovery mode. If Facebook suggests the “Find your account” window, it means there's an 80% chance of successfully recovering your account even without your phone number or email.
Step 1: After multiple failed login attempts, select Forgot account? on the Facebook login page.

- Wait for Results: After completing the verification, you will need to wait for Facebook's technical team to review the information and approve it.

2. How to recover your Facebook password without a phone number or email on your browser

Your Facebook account is now linked to a META account (the primary account used to manage smaller accounts within the META ecosystem). META’s ecosystem includes Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. If you accidentally sync your Facebook password with other platforms, it also means you’ll forget your login details for Instagram or Threads. In case you forget your Facebook password and cannot recall your personal information, you can access Instagram or Threads to reach your META main account and retrieve the password.
If you have linked your Facebook account with META, Instagram, or Threads, simply log in to the remaining accounts to gain reverse access and recover the password.
