Sweatcoin is an app that tracks your steps and exercise, rewarding you with points. While there isn't a direct option to withdraw your Sweatcoins, you can exchange them for various rewards. Some of these rewards allow you to receive real money through PayPal or Amazon, though these offers are rare.
Steps
Launch the Sweatcoin app. This app has an icon that looks like a broken 'S' on a blue background. You can locate it on your home screen, app drawer, or by searching for it.
Tap on the shopping bag icon. You'll find this icon in the upper right corner. It will open a page displaying all available shopping offers.
Tap on the PayPal or Amazon reward. This will open the specific offer along with instructions on how to make a purchase.
Read the “How to claim” section. Each offer contains this section, with instructions on how to claim the reward. The process may vary for different offers.

- You will need to check your email to proceed.
Tap the Buy. You will find this option below the offer's image at the top of your screen, displaying the Sweatcoin price. Clicking this will redeem your Sweatcoins and send you cash once you complete the steps in the “How to claim” section.
