How to Remove Sponsored Ads on uTorrent

Click on "Options" and select "Preferences" from the menu bar.

Select "Advanced" from the list on the left side of the Preferences window. The "Advanced" option is found at the bottom of the list.

Click 'Options' in the top menu and select 'Get uTorrent Pro'. There are two upgrade options: Ad-Free and Pro. Both versions provide an ad-free user experience, but there are notable differences:

• The Ad-Free upgrade costs $4.95 per year.
• The Pro version costs $19.95 and includes anti-malware protection, technical support, file conversion tools, and instant torrent publishing.

Click on 'Upgrade to Ad-Free'. The payment page will open in your default browser.

• If you're using a Mac and can't find the 'Upgrade to Ad-Free' option, try clicking the small X on the ad in the bottom-left corner of the app.
• If you wish to upgrade to uTorrent Pro, click on 'Upgrade to Pro'.

Review your information once again and click 'Buy Now'. If you're using a Mac, uTorrent will automatically upgrade to the Ad-Free version. On Windows, you need to exit uTorrent and follow this method.

(On Windows) Click 'Bundle Installer' to download the Ad-Free version of uTorrent. The installation file will be downloaded to your computer. It will have a '.exe' extension and be saved in your default download folder.

Double-click the .exe file to install uTorrent Ad-Free. After the installer is downloaded to your computer, double-click to begin installation. Follow the instructions to replace your current uTorrent with the new paid, ad-free version.
