Troubleshooting Tips

Allow your AirPods to charge. If you're experiencing difficulty renaming them or facing connection issues, give them an hour to charge before trying again.

Reset your AirPods. When you reset your AirPods, you'll need to pair them with your devices once more.
- To reset, open the AirPods case and press and hold the setup button on the back until the light flashes amber, then white.
- For re-pairing, Storzi recommends: "Open the AirPods case near your phone. A prompt will appear on your iPhone asking you to connect. Tap connect and you're done."
