Did you know that aside from posting comments on 4chan, you can also reply to comments made by other users? Today, Mytour will walk you through the process of responding to posts on 4chan.
Steps
Reply to a Post
Navigate to the post you wish to reply to. On the 4chan website, go to the post where you want to leave a comment.
Click on Post a Reply. You will find a link in the center towards the top of the page (above the channel image), and another link at the bottom of the page.
Fill in the details and complete the CAPTCHA. In the pop-up window, you can enter your name (type "Anonymous" if you wish to remain unnamed, or any accepted pseudonym), select options (such as using email for notifications), and input your comment.
- Click on Get Captcha and enter the CAPTCHA field to proceed.
- You can also click on Choose File to attach an image or GIF file.
Click on Post. If you enter the correct CAPTCHA, your comment will be posted to the thread. If the CAPTCHA is incorrect, you will be prompted to re-enter it.
Reply to a Comment
Navigate to the comment you wish to reply to. On the 4chan website, go to the comment you want to respond to.
- Hover your mouse over the number listed next to the poster's name, and you will see the text "Reply to this post" appear. This means that when you click on the number, a reply to this comment will be created.
Fill in the required details and complete the CAPTCHA. In the pop-up window, you can enter your name (type "Anonymous" if you wish to remain anonymous, or any accepted pseudonym), choose options (such as using email for notifications), and input your comment.
