Today, Mytour will guide you through the steps to reinstate your canceled Netflix membership, whether your account is still active or has been deactivated. Please note: This process cannot be completed through the Netflix app.
Steps
Restoring an Active Account

Visit the Netflix website at https://www.netflix.com/. If you recently canceled your membership but your current billing cycle hasn't ended, you can simply restore your membership through your account settings.
- If your membership has officially expired, refer to the next method.

Click on the account name in the top right corner of the Netflix page.
- If you are not logged in, click on Sign In

Click on Your Account in the dropdown menu below your username.

Click on Restart Membership. This button is located under the "MEMBERSHIP & BILLING" section near the top of the page. Once clicked, your membership will be promptly restored.
Reopen a Closed Account

Visit the Netflix website at https://www.netflix.com/.

Click on Sign In. This red button is located in the top right corner of the Netflix page.

Enter your email address and Netflix password. These must be the same credentials you used to log in when your account was active.

Click on Restart Membership when prompted. This option appears in a pop-up window asking for your confirmation. Your Netflix membership will be reactivated, and the monthly billing cycle will restart from the current date.
- You may be redirected to a payment settings page to confirm that your payment information is still valid. If necessary, you can update your PayPal or credit card details.
Tips
- If you wish to cancel your account, do so at least one week before the end of your current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.
Warning
- Netflix may not charge you for the new billing cycle on the exact day you reopen a closed account; they might do so a few days later.
