Today, Mytour will walk you through the process of saving documents in PDF format on both Windows 10 and Mac OS.
Steps
On Windows 10

Open the document. Open the file, document, or webpage you wish to save as a PDF.

Click on File (File). This option is located in the menu bar at the top left corner of the screen.

Click on Print… (Print) located near the bottom of the drop-down menu.

Double-click on Microsoft Print To PDF.

Enter a file name. Type the file name in the "File Name:" field located near the bottom of the pop-up window.

Select the file's save location.

Click on Save (Save) at the bottom-right corner of the dialog box. The document will be saved as a PDF file in the location you have specified.
On Mac OS X

Open the document. Open the file, document, or webpage you want to save as a PDF.

Click on File in the menu bar at the top left of the screen.

Click on Print… near the bottom of the drop-down menu.

Click on PDF at the bottom-left corner of the dialog box. A menu will appear.
- If you don't see this option, look for and click on Print using system dialog....
- Some applications, like Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, do not support printing to PDF.

Click on Save as PDF… (Save as PDF). This option is near the top of the dropdown menu.

Enter a name for the file. Type the file name into the "Save As:" field at the top of the dialog box.

Select the save location. Use the dropdown menu below the "Save As:" field or choose a location from the "Favorites" section on the left side of the dialog box.

Click on Save at the bottom-right corner of the dialog box. The document will be saved as a PDF in the location you specified.
Use Microsoft Office application

Open a Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document.

Click on File in the top-left corner of the screen.

Click on Save As… near the bottom of the dropdown menu.
- On some Office versions, click Export... if this option appears in the File menu.

Click the dropdown menu next to File Format: (File format).

Click on PDF. In the latest versions of Office, this option will be located under the "Export Formats" section in the menu.

Enter the document name in the "Export As:" field.

Select the location to save the document.

Click Save in the bottom-right corner of the dialog box. The document will be saved as a PDF file at the location you selected.
