Steps
Saving Videos You Uploaded

Log into Facebook and navigate to the video you want to save. Videos you've uploaded to Facebook can be found in Photos > Albums > Videos.

Play the video, then click on 'Options' below the video.

Click on 'Download SD' or 'Download HD,' depending on the video quality settings. SD stands for standard resolution, while HD offers higher resolution with a larger file size. The video will automatically start downloading in your internet browser.
- Follow the steps outlined in the second method to save videos posted by friends if download options are unavailable. This occurs when the video wasn't originally uploaded by your Facebook profile.

Open the default Downloads folder on your computer. The Facebook video will be saved in the Downloads folder.
Saving Videos Posted by Others

Log into Facebook and navigate to the video you wish to save.

Play the video. The URL in the address bar will change to reflect the Facebook video's URL.
Replace 'www' in the address bar with 'm'. The URL will switch to the mobile version of the website. The beginning of the URL will now be: http://m.facebook.com/.

Press 'Enter'. The page will reload and display the mobile version of Facebook. Viewing the mobile version activates Facebook's HTML5 feature, enabling users to save the video to their computer.

Play the video again.

Right-click on the video and select 'Save target as' or 'Save video as'.

Choose the location on your computer to save the video.

Click 'Save'. The Facebook video will be downloaded and saved to your computer.
Saving Videos Using Mobile Apps

Launch the Google Play Store or App Store on your Android or iOS device. These platforms offer free and paid third-party apps that allow you to save Facebook videos directly to your device.

Tap the search bar and enter keywords to find apps for saving Facebook videos. Keywords you can use include 'download facebook videos' and 'facebook video downloader'.

Tap on any app to learn more about its specific features and pricing. 'Video Downloader for Facebook' is an app offered by various third-party developers, including XCS Technologies, Lambda Apps, and Linterna Apps.

Select the install or purchase option. Some apps are free, while others may cost $0.99 (over 20,000 VND) or more.

Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app on your Android or iOS device.

Launch the app and follow its instructions to save Facebook videos to your device.
Saving Videos on iOS

Launch the App Store on your iOS device.

Search for the app 'MyMedia File Manager' by Alexander Sludnikov. This app allows you to manage multimedia files on your iOS device, including Facebook videos.

Choose to install MyMedia File Manager. You may be prompted to log in with your Apple ID and password. Once the installation is complete, the app will be saved to your app tray.

Open Facebook and navigate to the video you want to save.

Play the video, then tap the 'Share' icon.

Tap the ' Link' option. The video link will be saved to your clipboard.

Open the MyMedia File Manager app and tap on 'Browser'.

Visit the SaveFrom website at http://en.savefrom.net/. This site allows you to download and save media from third-party websites.

Long-press the search field and select 'Paste Link'.

Tap the arrow button next to the search field. SaveFrom will decode the link and display a list of download options.

Select the 'Download the Video' option. The video will be downloaded to your iOS device and appear in the Media tab of MyMedia File Manager.

Tap the 'Media' tab, then choose the Facebook video.

Tap 'Save to Camera Roll'. The Facebook video will be saved to the Camera Roll on your iOS device.
