To look up personal information online using the CCCD, you will need to use the Ministry of Public Security's public service platform. This platform allows you to access all the accurate information related to a Citizen ID Card and provides a way to submit requests for other online public services, quickly and easily.

Step 1: Go to the Ministry of Public Security's Public Service homepage and select Login to log in using the CCCD/phone number registered on the citizen ID account.
Step 2: To log into the Public Service Portal, you can choose from the following methods.
- Login using phone number
- Login using CCCD number
- Login using health insurance card number/driver's license number…
- Login using an account issued by the Ministry of Public Security
Select Login with the account provided by the National Public Service Portal to proceed with a quick and accurate login. If you don't have an account, choose Register and use the phone number registered on the CCCD to create an account with a quick OTP code.
Step 3: After successfully logging in, select the Account ➞ Personal Information section to check the personal information on the Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) online.

For Android phones, the QR code scanning feature is not built into the app, so you need to download Google to use it. Google can be used not only on Android devices but also on iPhones, iPads, and IOS.
