If you're watching a show or movie on Netflix, enabling subtitles is just a few clicks away. Most devices that support Netflix also provide subtitle options. However, it's important to note that not all content offers subtitles, and not every subtitle is available in English.
Steps
PC and Mac
iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Start watching a video on the Netflix app. You can enable subtitles on any supported video.
Tap the screen to show the video controls. You need to do this while the video is still playing.

Tap the Dialogue button in the top-right corner of the screen. This button looks like a speech bubble. Here, you'll find audio and subtitle options.
Select the 'Subtitles' page if needed. A list of available subtitles will appear. On iPad, both options will be displayed at the same time.

Tap the subtitle you want to use and select "OK". The subtitles will load immediately, and the video will start playing from the beginning.
