Today, Mytour will show you how to unfollow all the accounts you've followed on Instagram, whether you're using a mobile device or a computer. Instagram restricts the number of users you can follow/unfollow each hour and doesn't have an option to unfollow all accounts at once. Therefore, using third-party apps to unfollow a large number of users may result in your account being temporarily blocked.
Steps to Follow
On iPhone and Android Devices

Open Instagram. Instagram's icon resembles a colorful camera. If you're already logged in, this will take you directly to your homepage.
- If you're not logged in, enter your username (or phone number) and password, then tap Login.

Tap on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the screen.

On your profile page, open the 'Following' section. This section is located near the top right of the screen. Here, you'll find the list of people you are following.
- The number displayed below the section title shows how many users you're currently following.

Tap the Following or Following button next to the user you want to unfollow.

A dialog box will appear on the screen, click on Unfollow or Unfollow. This will unfollow the selected user.

Repeat the process for each account you're following. Once you've unfollowed all users, your 'Following' list will be completely empty.
- After unfollowing 200 users, some Instagram accounts – especially new ones – will prompt you to wait an hour (or more) before you can continue unfollowing.
On Windows and Mac operating systems

Visit https://www.instagram.com/ to access Instagram's homepage. If you have previously logged into Instagram on your computer, this will direct you to the main news feed page.
- If you haven't logged in yet, enter your username (or phone number) and password to access your account.

Click on the Profile section to go to your personal page. This icon, resembling a person, is located at the top right corner of the news feed page.

Click on the 'Following' option to view the list of accounts you're currently following. This section is located at the top of your profile page, right below your username.
- The number beneath the section title represents the total number of users you're following.

Click the Following or Following button next to a user's name to unfollow that account. At this point, you'll see a blue Follow button replacing the Following or Following button.

Repeat this process for each account on the list. Once done, your "Following" list will be completely empty.
- After unfollowing 200 users, some accounts will require you to wait an hour (or more) before you can continue.
Advice
- While there are software tools that allow you to unfollow multiple Instagram accounts at once, most of these apps require a paid subscription.
Warning
- If you unfollow too many users within an hour, your following/unfollowing limit may be slightly reduced each hour, and your account may be temporarily locked.
