Below, Mytour will guide you through the steps to uninstall the Google Chrome browser from your computer and mobile devices.
Steps
Windows

Close all Google Chrome windows. Sometimes Windows may fail to uninstall a program if it is currently running; therefore, shutting down Chrome can help prevent this issue.

Open the Start menu. Click the Windows icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen or press the ⊞ Win key to open the Start menu.
- On Windows 8, move the cursor to the top-right corner of the screen and click the magnifying glass icon.

Type add or remove programs into Start. This will display a list of installed programs, with the Add or Remove Programs feature at the top.
- For Windows 7, type programs and features into Start.

Click the Add or remove programs button. This button is located at the top of the Start window. Click it to open the list of currently installed applications.
- On Windows 7, click Programs and Features here.

Scroll down and select Google Chrome. The Google Chrome application will appear in the list of installed programs.
- You can click one of the "Sort by" options (e.g., Name) at the top of the menu to rearrange the applications by name.

Double-click Uninstall. This button is located below the application name (for Windows 10) or at the top of the Programs and Features window (for Windows 7).
- In some cases on Windows 7, instead of clicking Uninstall, you may need to click Change or Remove at the top of the window.

Click Yes when prompted. This action allows Google Chrome to run its uninstaller.

Follow the on-screen instructions. Typically, you will have the option to save your browser data on your device.

Click Finish. This will uninstall Google Chrome from your Windows computer.
