This guide will show you how to update or change your payment method on Netflix through the mobile app or the Netflix website.
Steps
On a Mobile Device

Open the Netflix app. It's a black app with a red N logo.
- Sign in if your account is not logged in automatically.

Tap the ☰ icon in the top-left corner.

Tap on Account towards the bottom of the menu.

Scroll down and tap Update payment info.
- If no payment method has been added yet, tap Add payment info instead.
Tap on a payment method.
Credit or Debit Card
Enter your payment method information. Fill in all the labeled fields or follow the on-screen prompts to allow Netflix to use your payment method.

Scroll down and tap Update Payment Method. This option is located at the bottom of the form. Your payment information is being updated now.
On Desktop

Go to https://www.netflix.com in your web browser.
- Click Sign In, then enter your email address and password if your account doesn't log in automatically.

Click on the main profile. This is usually your name.



Click on Account.

Click on Update payment info. It’s located on the right side of the page under the “MEMBERSHIP & BILLING” section.
Click on a payment method.
Credit or Debit Card
Enter the payment method details. Fill in all the labeled fields or follow the on-screen instructions to authorize Netflix to use your payment method.

Scroll down and click Update Payment Method. This option is found at the bottom of the form. Your payment details are currently being updated.
