Mytour will walk you through using Reddit's RemindMeBot to set up reminders for a specific post or thread in the future.
Steps

Go to https://www.reddit.com. The Reddit homepage will appear.
- If you're not logged in, do so now.

Click on the title of the thread you wish to set a reminder for. The content of the post will appear.
- Note: To use RemindMeBot, the thread must be active (not archived).

Scroll down and click the comment box at the end of the thread.

Type RemindMe! Tomorrow “reply to this thread.” The syntax for RemindMeBot is RemindME! [TIME] “[MESSAGE]”. In this case, we’re asking RemindMeBot to remind us tomorrow with the message “reply to this thread.” The message will also include a link to the thread. This is just one example of how to use RemindMeBot.
- You can specify other times instead of “tomorrow,” like One Year, August 25, 2018, at 4pm, EOY, 10 minutes, 2 hours after noon, etc.
- RemindMeBot can also remind you of significant past events, such as popular Reddit topics or a Redditor's birthday post.
- Remember to enclose your message in quotation marks " before and after the content.

Click on the Save button above the comment box. Your comment will be added to the thread, and RemindMeBot will be notified to set up an automatic reminder.
- Right after, RemindMeBot will reply to your post confirming the reminder’s date and time.
- If you want to delete your RemindMe! post, click on delete this message to hide from others at the bottom of the confirmation message.

Check the message after the designated time has passed. If you set a reminder for tomorrow, click on the envelope icon in the top right corner of Reddit within 24 hours of creating the post. You’ll find the message from RemindMeBot with a link to the thread and your reminder content.

Click the link in the message to access the thread. You can now leave the comment you originally intended to post.
