This guide will show you how to view the publicly available information of a Facebook account that has either blocked you or that you have blocked. However, once blocked, you cannot use the Facebook app to view someone's profile and will need to find alternative methods.
Steps
Using Common Methods

Ask a mutual friend to view the blocked profile. Since Facebook users often add friends randomly, it's likely you have mutual friends with the person who has blocked you. If possible, explain your situation and ask your mutual friend to help you view their profile.

Friend a blocked account using a new Facebook account. Remember, you need to create a new account with different details from the one that blocked you.
- If you are the one who blocked someone, creating a new profile gives you more freedom, but it should still differ slightly from your main profile.

Unblock someone to view their profile. If you have blocked someone, you can temporarily unblock them to check out their profile.
- Note: You can only block them again after 24 hours.
Search for a blocked Facebook account

First, log out of Facebook. To log out, click the ▼ button in the upper-right corner of the Facebook page and select Log out.
- You can also use a private browser window (or open an incognito tab) to conduct the search.

Click on the address bar (URL bar). This is the text field at the top of the browser window; this action will highlight everything in the address bar.

Type into the address bar [name] facebook. In the "name" field, type the full name of the person who has blocked you.
- Example: "Hà Phương A facebook."
- If you have it, you can also input the link to their personal Facebook profile instead of using the name.

Press the ↵ Enter. This will show a list of Facebook accounts that match your search criteria.
- If the account you are looking for does not appear, try adding more details that might be found on their profile (like city or past workplace).

Click on the link to the account you need to find to view a summary of their profile. You won’t be able to see their full profile unless all the information is set to public, but you can view some public details such as their profile picture, job, or contact information.
- This method won’t allow you to access much information from a blocked Facebook account, but if you're suspicious someone has blocked you, it can confirm their Facebook account is still active.
Advice
- Due to Facebook’s strict privacy policies, you might not be able to access the profile you’re searching for.
Warning
- You should not attempt to view a blocked profile if it is considered disturbing or intrusive to the other person.
