Being able to whistle with your hands can be quite useful, whether you're trying to hail a ride or grab someone's attention. This technique might seem a bit complex, but with a little practice, you'll soon be able to whistle loudly and clearly!
Steps
Use two fingers

Bring your index finger and thumb together. It doesn't matter which hand you use, though your dominant hand may be easier. The index and thumb should form a circle when they meet at the tips of the fingers.

Open your mouth and stretch your lips down over your teeth. Your teeth should be completely covered. The lips should curl inward into the mouth.

Place your thumb and index finger into your mouth. Insert your two fingers into your mouth until they touch your tongue. The circle between your fingers will now be horizontal.

Take a deep breath and close your mouth around your fingers. Always stretch your lips over your teeth. The only gap between your lips should be the small space between your fingers. This is where the air will escape when you whistle.

Breathe out through your fingers. Blow out forcefully, but not so hard that it causes discomfort. Don’t be discouraged if no sound comes out at first. You may need a little practice before you can whistle with your fingers. If no sound is produced, take another deep breath and try again. Eventually, you’ll master it!
Use four fingers

Use your index and middle fingers from both hands to form the letter “A”. Extend the index and middle fingers of each hand. Rotate your hands so that the palms face inward, then bring the tips of the middle fingers together to form the letter “A”. The ring and little fingers should curl downward. You may need to press down the other fingers with your thumbs if necessary.

Stretch your lips over your teeth. Your lips should completely cover your teeth, and your lips should curve inward under the bottom edge of your teeth.

Place the tips of your index and middle fingers into your mouth. With your palms facing inward, make sure to keep your fingers in the shape of the letter “A” as you insert your hands into your mouth.

Use your fingers to push your tongue backward in your mouth. Raise your tongue so that the tip points toward the roof of your mouth, then use the tips of your index and middle fingers to push against the underside of your tongue. Keep pushing until your tongue reaches as far back into your mouth as possible.

Seal your mouth around your fingers. Your mouth should be closed tightly, except for the gap between your fingers where the air will escape. This is how you produce the whistle sound.

Blow through your fingers and lips. You need to blow firmly, but not so hard that it hurts. You might not hear a whistle sound on your first few tries. After each attempt, take a deep breath and press your lips around your fingers. Keep trying, and you'll eventually succeed!
- If you find it difficult, try adjusting the angle of your fingers or changing the force of your blow.
