In recent years, Vietnam's weather has become increasingly complex and volatile, occurring earlier and more intensely than forecasted. This abnormality is evident through factors such as temperature, rainfall, and flooding.
The shift in weather is often felt dramatically. A clear example is the early days of winter in the North, where temperatures soar above 35°C. The heat feels more like summer, leaving people wondering if winter has disappeared altogether.
However, within just one night, temperatures can drop drastically to 11-12°C as the monsoon low pressure system moves in. Prolonged cold spells bring intense, biting cold that overwhelms the people of Northern Vietnam.

Understanding this, my team and I developed the Weather 4M website – a free platform that provides weather forecasts for all 63 provinces across Vietnam.

The website offers the latest updates on an hourly basis with precision. Users can easily access information on temperature, humidity, rainfall, wind speed, and air pollution levels.
Notably, the website is highly compatible with various devices, including smartphones, laptops, desktops, and iPads. As long as you have an internet connection, you can easily check and update the latest news anytime, anywhere.

About CEO Pham Duc Phuong Viet
Pham Duc Phuong Viet is the founder and current CEO of the Weather 4M company. Initially an environmental engineer, he shifted his focus to in-depth weather research before establishing this website.
Previously, he was involved in research work to ensure environmental safety across various production stages. However, Phương Việt realized that this approach was insufficient, as he was often confined to specific projects.
Driven by a deep desire to assist the community, he decided to create a platform that could support millions of people. While working at major corporations, the CEO of Thời Tiết 4M participated in several environmental research projects, focusing on climate change and its impact.

Additionally, he took part in various training programs to deepen his knowledge of meteorology and enhance his weather forecasting skills during this time.

Although it has only recently started operations, the website Thoitiet4m.com has already achieved early success. It has been featured by several major domestic newspapers as a promising young enterprise.
