Steps to Reprint a Shipping Label on eBay

Select “Manage shipping” and hit “Reprint.” Find the arrow next to “Leave Feedback” and choose “Manage shipping.” Then, click the three-dot icon and pick “Reprint.” eBay lets you reprint labels for free within 7 days of purchase.

Cancel a shipping label from “Manage shipping labels.” In the “Manage shipping labels” section, locate the order and click “Cancel Label” or “Void shipping label” under “Actions.” Choose your cancellation reason and click “Send request.” The cancellation window depends on the carrier.
- USPS labels can be canceled within 28 days, but refunds can take up to 21 days for approval.
- UPS and FedEx also allow 28 days to void a label and receive a refund.
- Labels for eBay standard envelopes can’t be canceled once printed.
