Select free economy shipping when available. Some sellers on TikTok Shop provide a free economy shipping option. This option may take up to 11 business days to ship, meaning your order could take over two weeks to arrive. If you're not in a hurry, choosing free economy shipping won't cost you anything—the seller covers the shipping fees.

- If your Shop Performance Score is low due to poor customer reviews or excessive shipping delays, you will not be eligible for the program.
- Orders fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) are automatically eligible for free shipping on orders over $30. Using this fulfillment method means you'll pay a fulfillment fee based on TikTok’s FBT rate card for all orders, whether or not they qualify for free shipping. How to Use Co-Funded Free Shipping as a Seller

Most sellers are automatically enrolled. If your Shop Performance Score is above 2.5, you're automatically enrolled in co-funded free shipping. New sellers with no score are also automatically enrolled, provided your score exceeds 2.5 once it's established.
- Are you using TikTok to fulfill orders? If so, you're automatically enrolled in co-funded free shipping and cannot opt out unless you change to seller fulfillment.
- To become eligible, work on improving your Shop Performance Score by addressing negative feedback, ensuring timely shipping, delivering accurate orders, and providing clear product descriptions in your listings.

Meet order lead time requirements to receive partial reimbursement from TikTok Shop. These lead time requirements apply only to sellers using TikTok shipping or seller shipping. If you're a seller using Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT), these rules don’t apply since TikTok handles the fulfillment and shipping.
- Orders shipped via standard shipping to Zones 1-6 must arrive within six calendar days, and those to Zones 7/7+ should be delivered within seven calendar days. Express shipping orders are required to arrive within four calendar days. Shipping times are extended during holidays to account for seasonal shipping delays.
- The shipping zones are based on the distance between the product's origin and the destination, with the number of zones increasing as the distance between the two locations grows.
- Orders with free economy shipping aren’t eligible for reimbursement, as the seller covers the shipping costs in full. Split shipments are only reimbursed once all packages have been delivered to the buyer.

Cover any remaining shipping fees after reimbursement. This applies only to sellers using TikTok shipping or seller shipping.
