1. Surface Laptop 7th Edition and Surface Pro 11th Edition
Microsoft introduced two Copilot+ PCs, the Surface Laptop 7th Edition and Surface Pro 11th Edition, designed for consumers and powered by Snapdragon X Elite and Snapdragon X Plus processors. While Microsoft hasn't disclosed the exact SKU for the X Elite, it is likely to feature the X1E-80-100 variant (12-core CPU), as revealed in Geekbench listings, making it the second most powerful chip in the lineup.
The X1E-80-100 variant delivers dual-core boost speeds of up to 4.0GHz. The Surface Pro also features a 120Hz OLED display on the Snapdragon X Elite models. Both Surface devices have undergone design enhancements, including slimmer bezels, rounded screens, and an improved haptic touchpad.
2. Asus Vivobook S 15 (S5507)
Shortly after the Surface devices were launched, Asus joined the fray with its first Snapdragon X Elite laptop, also known as a Copilot+ PC. The Asus Vivobook S 15 features the X1E-78-100 variant, offering a maximum frequency of up to 3.4 GHz. It also boasts a 120Hz HDR OLED display.
3. Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x and ThinkPad T14s Gen 6
Lenovo has unveiled two Snapdragon-powered laptops, the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7x and Lenovo ThinkPad T14s Gen 6. These devices feature the third chipset in the Snapdragon X Elite lineup (X1E-78-100). Both laptops come with a 12-core CPU, though they lack dual-core boost capabilities on any of the cores.
4. Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge
Samsung has also launched the Galaxy Book4 Edge, equipped with the most powerful variant of the Snapdragon X Elite processor. It includes the top-tier X1E-84-100 chip, which reportedly consumes around 80W. The highest-end variant offers dual-core boost speeds of up to 4.2 GHz.
For those with lower performance demands, the second most powerful variant, the X1E-80-100, is available. Additionally, it features 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of eUFS storage.
5. Dell XPS 13 and Inspiron 14 Plus
Dell has upgraded the XPS 13 lineup by incorporating the second most powerful variant of the Snapdragon X Elite series (X1E-80-100). Additionally, Dell introduced the new Inspiron 14 Plus, equipped with the Snapdragon X Plus processor (X1P-64-100). The device comes with a 512GB NVMe SSD and 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM. The XPS 13 features a more visually appealing 120Hz FHD+ display.
6. Acer Swift 14 AI
Acer has launched its first laptop in the Swift series powered by the Snapdragon X Elite processor. The Acer Swift 14 AI utilizes the third variant (X1E-78-100) of the processor, which lacks dual-core boost functionality. However, this 12-core CPU can reach clock speeds of up to 3.4GHz.
7. HP OmniBook X 14 and HP EliteBook Ultra G1q
HP has also developed next-generation Copilot+ PCs to stay competitive in the tech race. The HP OmniBook X 14 and HP EliteBook Ultra G1q are powered by the Snapdragon X Elite processor (X1E-78-100). These laptops are lightweight and slim, meeting expectations for an ultrabook. HP claims their Copilot+ PCs offer battery life of up to 26 hours.
