Why Is Life360 Failing to Update Locations?
If your Life360 app isn't updating location data for you or someone else, the cause may be an unstable internet connection, app glitches, power-saving features, or even incorrect location settings.

Close and reopen the app.

Exit the app and launch it again. A quick restart can help resolve small software issues.
- For iPhone, swipe up from the bottom (or double-press the Home button) and swipe away the app.
- For Android, swipe up from the bottom, hold, then release. Swipe the app away to close it.
Check for app updates.

Ensure the app is the latest version. Go to the Google Play Store or App Store and search for Life360. If an update is available, the option to Update will appear.
Reboot your device.

Power off your device and restart it. If the app is still not updating, try shutting down your device completely. Wait for a minute, then power it back on.
Verify your connection.

Ensure your Wi-Fi is working properly. If you're having trouble with Wi-Fi, make sure your connection is stable. If it's not, you might need to restart your router.
