Not every UFO sighting can simply be dismissed as a hoax or a weather balloon. The real mystery lies in whether these unidentified objects are visitors from distant worlds or if they represent advanced human technology that remains undisclosed.
As the United States has grown into a global power, it has failed to uphold the transparency and accountability that the founding fathers once championed. Over time, many secrets have been concealed from the American public, both for noble and less savory purposes. But the crucial question remains: Where does the money come from to secretly develop cutting-edge aircraft and spacecraft?
Mark Skidmore, an economics professor at Michigan State University, claims that over $21 trillion is unaccounted for in the U.S. Treasury. A significant portion of this missing money has been spent by the Pentagon. With that kind of budget, countless covert black projects could be undertaken, completely hidden from public knowledge.
In addition to funding, a secret space program would require a dedicated team. Over the years, many whistleblowers have stepped forward, often at great personal risk, to reveal their involvement in such classified operations. Their accounts have been detailed and corroborated by others in similar positions, though most of the attention they’ve received has been negative, and financial compensation has been minimal to nonexistent.
Skepticism is the heart of truth-seeking, but open-mindedness is the seed of discovery. Here are ten more stories of individuals who claim to have insider knowledge of secret space programs.
10. Laura Eisenhower

Laura Eisenhower, the great-granddaughter of the renowned World War II general and U.S. president Dwight D. Eisenhower, saw firsthand the disturbing effects of the military-industrial complex’s unchecked influence. In his farewell address, President Eisenhower cautioned about the dangerous power it had amassed. Laura’s testimony reveals that she experienced the full force of this power in 2006.
Eisenhower claims she has been targeted by shadowy forces since her birth due to her family heritage. In 2006, she was manipulated into falling in love with a shadow government agent named “Agent X,” who persistently urged her to join a human colony on Mars. She eventually freed herself from this manipulation and has been actively participating in the ufology conference circuit ever since.
Laura Eisenhower firmly believes that her great-grandfather was a fierce opponent of an occult cabal that has been secretly controlling world events for centuries with the help of extraterrestrials. She argues that this cabal resurfaced in the form of the Third Reich. Eisenhower is not convinced that the influence of the Nazis ended with World War II, and she has devoted her life to exposing the undue influence her ancestor warned the world about.
9. Andrew Basiago

Laura Eisenhower isn’t the only person to claim knowledge of a secret human colony on Mars. Andrew Basiago alleges he visited a Mars colony in 1981 during his work as a child time traveler for the government. He was selected for the program due to his father, engineer Raymond F. Basiago’s involvement with DARPA’s Project Pegasus, a covert time travel initiative that Basiago intends to bring to light.
As part of his duties with Project Pegasus, Basiago was sent back in time to witness pivotal historical moments, including the Gettysburg Address. He even has a photograph of himself as a child attending President Lincoln’s iconic speech. Andrew was also sent to the future, where he learned the identities of U.S. presidents up to 2054. Despite being well-prepared by DARPA, Basiago was unprepared for the shocking revelation that he, too, would one day occupy the Oval Office.
Basiago, a well-established lawyer from Vancouver, Washington, ran as an independent candidate in the 2016 presidential race. Though his campaign did not attract many votes, he remains certain that he will hold the office of president or vice president of the United States before 2028.
Considering Andrew’s track record with presidential predictions, he may not be entirely wrong: Before the 2016 election, he noted that he had no information regarding Hillary Clinton becoming president but recalled his father’s intense interest in Donald Trump’s appearance on The Phil Donahue Show.
8. Randy Cramer

Randy Cramer experienced a much more extensive stay on Mars compared to Basiago’s brief reconnaissance mission. According to Cramer, he spent 17 years stationed on Mars as a captain in the Marine Corps’s “Special Section.” He claims that this section was established by President Eisenhower to counterbalance the overwhelming power of the MJ-12 group, and he asserts that he was part of a Mars Defense Force, which was made up of elite members from the Special Section.
In 2014, a brigadier general from Special Section granted Cramer permission to share his complete story. Since then, Randy has been publicly recounting his experiences as a space Marine and spacecraft pilot.
Cramer asserts that a covert space program within the US Navy set up a base on the Moon in the 1950s, followed by another one on Mars in the 1960s. He also claims that the equatorial regions of Mars have breathable air, that the planet is home to several indigenous races, and that Donald Rumsfeld attended his retirement ceremony on Mars.
In agreement with other secret space program insiders, Cramer states that he underwent age regression after his 20-year service. After being restored to his teenage body, it took Randy some time to recover his memories of his military service in space.
7. Gary McKinnon

In 2002, Gary McKinnon was apprehended for infiltrating 97 US military and NASA computers. He believed the United States government was intentionally withholding UFO-related information from the public. McKinnon notably asserts that agencies have concealed details about the type of technology extraterrestrials employ to reach Earth, particularly zero-point energy.
Zero-point energy, also referred to as free energy, has the potential to revolutionize the environment by reducing reliance on harmful fossil fuels and could lead to the collapse of the existing economic system. Numerous UFO researchers maintain that the suppression of zero-point energy is the primary reason why knowledge of extraterrestrial contact remains concealed.
While exploring NASA's classified archives via his 56K modem, McKinnon stumbled upon a vast collection of UFO images that had been erased from satellite data. By lowering the image quality, McKinnon managed to briefly glimpse a photo showing a silvery cigar-shaped UFO with geodesic spheres attached to each side, before NASA caught on and cut his connection.
McKinnon also uncovered a secret NASA Excel file labeled “Non-Terrestrial Officers.” The document contained names of US Air Force officers who were absent from official records, as well as data about transfers between vessels that don't officially exist.
6. Pete Peterson

Pete Peterson claims that his grandfather was an engineering assistant to Nikola Tesla. Raised with a version of science vastly different from mainstream teachings, Peterson built an antenna in eighth grade that was so powerful, it caught the attention of the US government. Hired as a young teenager, he began working on the development of covert spacecraft.
Peterson also states that he constructed a 144-core phoon-based computer chip capable of solving extraordinarily complex equations in a fraction of the time taken by even the most advanced supercomputers. He attests to knowledge of an advanced ancient civilization buried beneath the Sahara Desert, alien tunnels beneath the Nazca lines in Peru, and a Nazi breakaway civilization that infiltrated the US government in the 1950s.
As one of esoteric researcher David Wilcock’s key informants, Pete Peterson’s revelations have supported claims from other insiders like Corey Goode, William Tompkins, and Wilcock’s anonymous source, known only as “Jacob.”
5. Dan Sherman

When Dan Sherman was between ten and eleven years old, he frequently met with a major from a nearby Air Force base. Major Roberts shared captivating stories of his Air Force career and encouraged young Dan to enlist, which Dan eagerly did once he reached the appropriate age.
Sherman claims that he was genetically engineered in the womb by the military to become a prime candidate for telepathic communication with extraterrestrials. In addition to his role as an electronic intelligence specialist, Sherman’s most intriguing experience during his 12-year career in the Air Force was his alleged participation in a covert program known as “Project Preserve Destiny,” which was run by rogue elements within the NSA.
Trained to telepathically influence images on a computer screen, Sherman was tasked with communicating with an extraterrestrial entity he called “Spock.” While they never met in person, Sherman asserts that he received telepathic transmissions from Spock containing technical details on human abductions, including geographical coordinates and pain thresholds.
According to other insiders, a pact was struck in the 1950s between Earth's governments and extraterrestrial species that permitted the abduction of humans in exchange for advanced technology. Though strict limits were established for these abductions, it became clear that the extraterrestrials were not adhering to the agreed-upon rules. Earth governments could not intervene until they developed Solar Warden, a defensive system surrounding the solar system that now controls which crafts can enter Earth's atmosphere.
Given that Solar Warden was allegedly set to launch in 1980, it is reasonable to believe that Sherman may have been receiving intelligence on abductions from extraterrestrial groups that had only recently been compelled to comply with the rules and fully disclose the extent of their activities.
4. Clifford Stone

Similar to Dan Sherman, Clifford Stone was also persuaded into joining the military by a charismatic officer. As a child, Stone met Captain Brown from the United States Air Force in a bookstore, and the captain frequently visited the Stone household for several years. When Stone received a draft notice, he was eager to enlist despite his medical disqualifications.
To his astonishment, Stone was accepted into the military regardless. However, it quickly became clear that the government had a special role in mind for him beyond standard service. His commanding officers frequently asked if he had any interest in UFOs, and one day, a contact from the NSA unexpectedly pushed him into a room where a gray alien was waiting for him.
Stone was informed that his responsibility would be to communicate with extraterrestrials as an intuitive empath. While Clifford was no stranger to alien encounters, having interacted with various otherworldly beings as a child, he was unprepared for the horrific way the military treated their extraterrestrial 'guests.' On one occasion, he is said to have helped an alien prisoner escape in a daring jailbreak.
As a young boy, an extraterrestrial friend once told Stone that he was different from most humans because he 'had a heart.' This sentiment rings true for Stone, as he often becomes emotional when recalling his time as an alien contact.
3. Emery Smith

Emery Smith claims to have taken samples from over 3,000 extraterrestrial tissues. Some of these samples may have been genetically altered by humans, as Smith alleges that human scientists have been experimenting with crossbreeding the DNA of both terrestrial and extraterrestrial species for years, creating new and bizarre life forms. Smith appeared in the documentary Sirius, where he and Dr. Steven Greer examined a tiny humanoid of unknown origin.
After completing his daily Air Force duties, Emery Smith was taken to a secret underground research facility where he was given an unending supply of extraordinary biological samples. His role was to collect samples without asking questions. As a reward for his compliance, he gradually progressed from receiving small tissue samples to recognizable body parts. Smith believes that some of these samples were obtained in exchange with extraterrestrial groups.
For many years, Emery Smith secretly provided information to David Wilcock under the alias 'Paul.' However, after a car crash where unknown assailants collided with his vehicle, broke into his home, stole items from hidden compartments, and left behind a military-grade armor-piercing bullet as a threat, Emery realized that he was safer in the open than continuing to hide in secrecy.
2. Niara Isley

Niara Isley served in the United States Air Force from 1979 to 1984 as an airman first class, stationed at Nellis Air Force Base where she worked as a radar specialist, assisting fighter pilots in evading radar detection. While her routine duties were unremarkable, Niara claims that she was given special assignments during her service that still haunt her to this day.
Niara Isley recalls an incident when, late one night, she was taken from her apartment by Air Force officers. Without any explanation, she was driven out into the desert in a radar-equipped van and ordered to track anything that came from the sky. When a massive, buzzing UFO hovered just 46 meters (150 ft) away from her van, Niara was terrified, but followed her orders anyway.
The real horrors began after the UFO encounter, when Niara was transported to an undisclosed location. There, she was injected with a drug that made it feel as though “the molecular bond between [her] molecules was being dissolved.” Once the agonizing effects subsided, she was taken to a room where she was assaulted by two security guards. The scene was witnessed by seven humans and a gray alien.
Niara shares that on another occasion, she was taken to the Moon aboard a reverse-engineered UFO. During the journey, she briefly saw a tall reptilian alien, whom she believes was the craft's pilot. Upon reaching the Moon, she was deprived of sleep and subjected to forced sexual encounters with human personnel stationed at a secret base there.
1. John Lear

Bob Lear is most famously remembered as the creator of the Learjet. However, his son John reveals that Bob was also involved in the development of antigravity aircraft for the U.S. government. William Tompkins, another insider of the secret space program who claims to have telepathically received guidance from Nordic extraterrestrials on building advanced spacecraft, states that aviation companies like Lear’s were routinely provided with blueprints from Tompkins’s team, detailing how to construct alien reproduction vehicles (ARVs).
John Lear’s ties to the secret space program go even further. In the 1980s, Lear formed a friendship with Bob Lazar, a whistle-blower who allegedly assisted in the reverse-engineering of alien spacecraft at Area 51. Initially, Lazar was doubtful about the existence of UFOs, but after Lear convinced him to use his connections to secure a position at Area 51, Lazar found himself inviting friends to watch test flights in the desert every Wednesday night.
Lazar’s open discussions about UFOs soon led to his termination from his job. While Lazar distanced himself from the UFO community, John Lear has continued to remain active in the disclosure movement, dedicating his life to sharing his extensive research on secret space programs.
