“The Moon was constructed by an intelligent civilization.” This provocative idea is championed by numerous UFO researchers and advocates of ancient astronaut theories—and surprisingly, it has gained traction among some highly intelligent individuals. Before dismissing it outright, consider this: Why did humanity cease lunar missions after Apollo, and why didn’t the Russians pursue further exploration?
