Just months before her Oscar-nominated role in Junebug, Amy Adams took on the part of Katy, a purse saleswoman, in the season one finale titled "The Hot Girl." She also reprised her role in two episodes of season two—"The Fire" and "Booze Cruise"—as Jim Halpert's love interest.
In a conversation with Advocate.com, Amy Adams shared her fondness for The Office, describing it as "the best work experience ever. I adored the show and the cast deeply.
