1. The Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons actually has a name: Jeff Albertson. Interestingly, this wasn't Matt Groening's choice. "I wasn't present when the writers decided on his name," Groening revealed to MTV in 2007. "I always imagined him as 'Louis Lane,' someone deeply obsessed and troubled by Lois Lane."
2. Barbie's full name is Barbara Millicent Roberts, and Ken's surname is Carson.
3. The full name of Cap'n Crunch is Captain Horatio Magellan Crunch.
4. Snuffleupagus's first name is Aloysius.
5. In the Peanuts comic series, Peppermint Patty's actual name is Patricia Reichardt.
6. The Wizard of Oz's full name, Oscar Zoroaster Phadrig Isaac Norman Henkel Emmannuel Ambroise Diggs, is quite a mouthful. As mentioned in Frank Baum's Dorothy and the Wizard in Oz:

7. Mr. Clean's rarely mentioned first name is "Veritably," which originated from a 1962 promotional campaign titled "Give Mr. Clean a First Name."
8. A deleted scene from the 2006 Curious George film disclosed that The Man With the Yellow Hat's name is Ted Shackleford. (However, since the scene was cut, this might not be considered official.)
9. The Monopoly mascot, Rich Uncle Pennybags, is officially named Milburn Pennybags.
