To mark Harley-Davidson's 95th anniversary, the company introduced limited-edition motorcycles featuring a unique maroon and gold paint job and exclusive 95th-anniversary badges. This special package was available as a factory option and not included on all 1998 models.
The Road King blends timeless design with practical features like standard saddlebags and a removable windshield. Initially powered by the 80-cubic-inch Evolution V-twin, it transitioned to the new Twin Cam 88 engine in 1999.
