Its unique dual-headlamp half fairing makes it stand out. Similar to other Harley touring bikes, the speedometer and tachometer are housed in a fairing-mounted dashboard rather than on the fuel tank. Additional features include an AM/FM stereo cassette player, voltmeter, oil-pressure gauge, clock, and fuel gauge.

Riders can opt for either a carburetor or a fuel-injection system to power the 80-cubic-inch V-twin, with the latter providing nearly 10 percent greater torque.
