In the photos, Beyoncé is seen with a chin-length bob, colored in a striking icy blonde, with a voluminous, face-hugging curve that even peeks out from under her cowboy hat. "It radiates strength and elegance," explains Rogerio Cavalcante, hairstylist and owner of The Second Floor Salon in New York City. "The key to recreating Beyoncé’s style lies in the styling. Anyone can achieve this look with the right technique."

How to Achieve the Look

For the perfect cut, request a sharp, chin-length bob from your stylist. Then, prioritize volume and smoothness while styling, advises Cavalcante. Begin by applying a volumizing mousse to damp hair to give it the fullness needed, especially on the sides. Follow up with a blow dry using a round brush, sectioning the hair and drying each piece upwards to boost volume.

To form the signature C-shaped curve that frames the chin, make sure to turn the brush inward towards your face as you dry. Smoothness is key, too. Cavalcante recommends finishing off the look with a setting or finishing spray to tame any flyaways. "This style is all about sleekness with zero texture," he explains.

It’s yet to be determined whether this specific bob-styling technique will become the new fall trend, though with Beyoncé's lasting influence on beauty trends, we feel quite sure it’s headed in that direction.
