After encountering numerous elongated choppers, John Dawson aimed to create a bike that defied conventional custom designs. His vision was to combine a powerful V-twin engine with exceptional handling and aesthetics, leading to the creation of the Buell Street Fighter.

Eric Buell established his eponymous company in the late 1980s with a similar vision. By integrating Harley-Davidson Sportster engines into advanced sport-style frames, he produced motorcycles that stood out from anything else available at the time.
Since then, the Sportster engines utilized by Buell have undergone substantial modifications, significantly boosting their power output. However, the chassis retains the high-performance, sporty design reminiscent of a "crotch rocket."
John Dawson transformed a Buell motorcycle by replacing its tall, sportbike frame with a sleek, low-profile hardtail frame crafted by MC Worx. The original Buell forks and brakes were reinstalled, and John integrated various new components to craft a streamlined, aggressive machine. A standout feature is the compact bikini fairing with dual headlights.
The outcome is a motorcycle that seamlessly blends the worlds of sportbikes and choppers. With its minimalist design and innovative approach, John has elevated Eric Buell's original concept to new heights.
