Gift wrapping is costly and wasteful—you spend all that time making a gift look perfect, only for the paper to be torn off and discarded instantly.
To explore some eco-friendly alternatives, our creative producer and talented crafter Heather teamed up with Yessenia Funes from Earther to experiment with repurposing common household trash for gift wrapping. In the video above, they test out toilet paper rolls, chip bags, and cereal boxes to see if they can create wraps that will wow unsuspecting recipients.
After all, isn't protecting the planet the most wonderful gift of all?
