
High Intensity Interval Training, commonly known as HIIT, is currently one of the most popular fitness trends. While its effectiveness is widely praised, beginners might find the idea of starting intimidating due to its intense nature.
In our "Day 1" series, which aims to simplify the process of starting new hobbies or activities, we consulted trainer Holly Rilinger for advice on attending your first HIIT class. She shares tips on appropriate attire (avoid running shoes!), how to inform the instructor you're new, and reassures that everyone is too focused on their own workout to notice you.
