“I bring a sandwich and eat it around 10:30am. Then I hit the gym from 12pm to 1pm. Since I have a desk job, I can eat whenever I want,” shares Buttrrss.
“I exercise during my lunch break three times a week. Right after, I have a protein shake as my ‘lunch,’” explains Subverto_.
“After my workout, I simply have yogurt at my desk. I eat before and after work, so my body adjusts well,” says wickedblight.
“I start my day with instant oatmeal and a protein shake at my desk. Post-workout, I enjoy two cups of Trader Joe’s Greek Yogurt after showering,” shares CaptainUltimate28.
“My wife does this. She typically has a can of tuna at her desk after returning,” says PJ_lyrics, who then goes on to justify the debated practice of eating fish in the office.
