1. ORRESLÄTT Armchair
IKEAIt’s hard to believe that this rattan chair made its debut in IKEA’s 1959 catalog because it would seamlessly fit into almost any modern home. The design has us imagining relaxing in this chair on a screened-in porch with a refreshing lemonade on a warm summer day—but we could easily envision it in a snug corner of an apartment too.
2. TURBOKASTANJ Mirror
IKEAA quality mirror can be surprisingly hard to find. Even the simpler designs, like this square-framed mirror, often end up costing more than you'd expect—especially if you're looking for a decent size. The TURBOKASTANJ mirror, brought back from IKEA's 1978 catalog, measures nearly 2.5 feet in both width and height, making it an ideal piece for an entryway or as an accent item. Plus, its nearly 3-inch deep ledge offers a perfect spot for small displays. (And the red frame is great for experimenting with the "unexpected red theory" in your space.)
