Are you prepared for the next phase of the Mytour Fitness Challenge? Last month, we focused on pull-ups, adapting to everyone's fitness levels. This February, we’re switching to push-ups: aim to complete at least one push-up every day, no matter your starting point.
I took on a similar challenge myself last year and saw great progress. At the start, I could barely manage 5 to 10 poorly executed push-ups. By the month’s end, I was performing the same number with perfect form. A few weeks later, I even achieved my first clapping push-up.
Here’s the plan for this month:
Start with a baseline test. I can complete 10 push-ups with excellent form. Choose a push-up variation that suits your ability, even if it means doing wall push-ups.
Commit to at least one push-up daily. Feel free to do more, but if you’re tired or sore, a single wall push-up will keep your streak alive.
End with a final test to measure your progress.
Prepare yourself for tomorrow’s initial workout session. Best of luck, and let’s share our progress when the month concludes!
