If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your Nintendo Switch, booking a Nintendo Switch Concierge appointment is a great idea. But act quickly, as slots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Signing up is simple:
Visit the official Nintendo Switch Concierge page. Scroll down to find the list of topics and choose the one you’d like to discuss.
Select a date and time using the calendar tool.
Enter your name and email. You can also provide your phone number, address, and any extra notes, though these are optional.
Click “Book” to complete your appointment.

On your appointment day, use the link in the email to begin a video chat with a Nintendo representative, who will guide you through the topic and answer any other questions you have.
