To give you an idea of her packed schedule, Sweeney's mornings begin with two hours of boxing, followed by another hour of weight training. After that, she focuses on maintaining her protein intake throughout the day, then heads to meetings, works on her character, spends time with her dog Tank, and wraps up with another weight training session before getting some sleep. Needless to say, she has a lot to juggle.
Amid such a demanding schedule, finding balance is more crucial than ever for the White Lotus actress. 'It's an ongoing journey, one that I strive to navigate every day. Each day brings its unique hurdles, but above all, staying hydrated remains essential for me,' says Sweeney.
As the face of Bai, staying hydrated for Sweeney means drinking plenty of the brand's water, enriched with antioxidants, electrolytes, vitamin C, and zinc to support her immune system—something she values highly due to her constant traveling and rigorous workout routine.

In a conversation with Sweeney, we delved into what it really takes to be one of the biggest stars in the industry today, exploring how she manages to balance her professional and personal life while overcoming the challenges that come with each new day.
What brings you a sense of balance when you’re traveling?
SS: “To maintain balance, I always prioritize my skincare routine, no matter my destination. Keeping up with my routine is crucial, especially when I’m traveling or on a plane. I make sure to cleanse my face and rest as much as possible. A tip I swear by is bringing a silk pillowcase with me—it’s a total game changer.”
What does your travel skincare routine consist of?
SS: “While traveling, I focus on keeping my skin hydrated and glowing. I wash my face in the plane’s restroom using Laneige Water Bank Cleansing Foam, followed by creams and a face mask,” says Sweeney. “Then I drift off to sleep on the plane and think, 'I must look ridiculous,' but at least my skin isn’t dry when I arrive.”
What's your favorite wellness hack?
SS: “I absolutely love using an ice roller on my face to wake myself up—on my face, neck, chin, everywhere. If I don’t have my ice roller, I’ll grab a big bowl of ice water and dunk my face in it. That always does the trick.”
How do you unwind after a tough workout?
SS: “After an intense workout, I love to unwind in a steam shower before diving into meetings. I like to keep moving—it energizes me and brings me joy.”
What’s your go-to treat?
SS: “I’m all about balance in every part of my life. Right now, I’m focusing on protein as I prepare for my new role, but I always make space for a sweet indulgence. If I’m not grabbing water, it’s usually a Kit Kat, Drumstick ice cream cone, or donuts.”
