To find the best wireless bras, we tried a wide variety of options on testers with both small and large bust sizes. We wore the bras for a minimum of four hours a day, washed them at least once, and tried them on under various shirt types and styles.

Finally, make sure the bra’s cups provide complete coverage and support without any gaps or overflow, Caldwell suggests. A good guideline is that the cups should typically lift about an inch from the shoulder with gentle pressure.
