Nail expert Eunice Park of Aprés Nail affirms that minimalist nails will continue to gain popularity through 2024. “People are still loving clean lines and makeup, and to match these looks, they’re opting for simpler, more classic nails,” she shares. Ombre nails, a favorite of hers, embody this minimalist vibe by combining a clean nail look with a touch of flair.

Embrace your feminine charm with the delicate Coquette mani, a 2024 trend inspired by balletcore and Barbiecore. This style is all about cute femininity, featuring soft pinks, creamy whites, and dainty details like bows and pearls.
6. ‘70s Aura Nails
On the other end of the spectrum, we have the groovy aura nails, which exude major “good vibes only” energy. Nail artist Molly Romah from Chillhouse explains that this design is all about layering colors to create an aura-like effect, where one color smoothly transitions into another. Another bold 2024 nail trend we’re loving is the mix-and-match mani. “This style is perfect for those who can’t decide between a striking design and a solid color,” says Romah. “It’s the best of both worlds.” Imagine pairing animal prints with a grass green French tip or a checkerboard accent nail with a vibrant rainbow color scheme.
