Initially, your 'why' might be something like 'to look good,' 'to attract a partner,' or 'to afford a new car.' However, a more profound 'why' is often less apparent and provides a compelling reason to pursue goals that bring a sense of purpose and fulfillment. This is known as intrinsic motivation, which significantly boosts your chances of achieving your goals.

Begin by clearly defining your goal. For instance, your aim might be to lose 15 pounds.
