Steps to Activate the Grubhub+ Perk on Amazon Prime
Amazon Prime members must manually activate the complimentary Grubhub+ membership to access its benefits. Simply visit www.amazon.com/grubhub while logged into your Prime account and click the "Activate now" button in the yellow box.
Alternatively, if you've received an email from [email protected] titled "New update to your Prime membership," you can activate Grubhub+ by clicking the yellow "Activate now" button within the email.
Once activated, Amazon will send a confirmation email about your permanent Grubhub+ subscription. If you currently pay for Grubhub+, your paid plan will be canceled upon activation. Note that canceling your Amazon Prime membership will also end your free Grubhub+ subscription.
To cancel the free Grubhub+ subscription, navigate to the “Manage apps & services with data access” section under “Your Account” on Amazon and unlink your Grubhub account, or reach out to Grubhub customer support for assistance.

Eliminating the one-year restriction on Amazon Prime's free Grubhub+ subscription offers significant financial perks. By maintaining your $139 annual Prime membership, you gain continuous access to a $120/year Grubhub+ subscription at no extra cost, rather than just a one-time benefit.
This enhancement also increases the appeal of the Grubhub+ perk for Prime members who might avoid trials or subscriptions due to concerns about losing benefits or being automatically charged after a trial period.
Additionally, you can now place orders directly through Amazon, alongside the Grubhub website or app.
