For members of Alamo Drafthouse’s Victory Rewards, today marks a special occasion: The program has returned from its hiatus, enabling you to redeem accumulated points for complimentary meals, exclusive screenings, and various perks.
The premium theater chain’s loyalty program was temporarily suspended during the peak of the pandemic. To retain its rewards members, Alamo offered double points on visits made between August 8, 2022, and August 9, 2023. These extra points can now be exchanged for rewards since the program has resumed. If you’ve been accumulating points, be sure to check your Alamo Victory Rewards account—you might find a treasure trove of freebies awaiting you.
As per Alamo, rewards will be gradually added to accounts over the next one to two weeks, so there’s no need to panic if they aren’t visible immediately.
How to Become a Member of Alamo Drafthouse’s Victory Rewards Program
If you haven’t yet joined Alamo’s loyalty program, you can enroll today. Membership is completely free, requiring only an email address, and you’ll receive a complimentary birthday gift just for signing up.
After joining, you’ll earn points for every movie you watch at Alamo Drafthouse, provided you purchase your ticket through their website, app, or Alamo Season Pass. As you climb the ranks—starting as a “Fan,” advancing to “Citizen,” and ultimately reaching “Top Brass”—you’ll unlock more points and greater perks. To redeem your points, simply provide your email at the box office and specify the reward you’d like to claim.
