Sam's Club members have been able to use Visa for online orders, and now, in-store purchases will also accept Visa credit cards starting February 1st. Previously, only Visa debit or prepaid cards were accepted in stores.
Sam's Club has revealed that they will begin accepting Visa credit cards across all U.S. locations. The announcement was made through a company statement.
“Sam’s Club is the eighth largest retailer in the U.S., and we are excited to introduce Visa credit card acceptance at over 650 locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico,” stated Ramón Martín, senior vice president of merchant solutions at Visa Inc. “Our aim is to make payments seamless, quick, and secure for customers, whether shopping online or in person.”
