The Tesla Gigafactory near Sparks, Nevada could claim the title in a few years. While the final size remains uncertain, the current planned floor space covers 13.6 million square feet, with a height of 71 feet and a width of 5.5 million square feet. As designed, it would be second in volume to the Boeing facility, but with the purchase of nearby land, Tesla has the potential to expand, and the company has hinted at possibly doubling the factory's size depending on earnings and feasibility.
