While KFC's fried chicken is beloved by fast food enthusiasts, its signature buckets of chicken and tubs of gravy are rarely associated with upscale dining experiences.
KFC Australia might just shift this perception. As reported by Food & Wine, the Australian division of the global chicken chain has collaborated with Sydney’s nel. restaurant and chef Nelly Robinson to craft an 11-course tasting menu, showcasing some of KFC’s most iconic dishes.

The remaining courses will be revealed at a later time.

Would Colonel Sanders give his approval? Known for his meticulous attention to food consistency, the late chicken magnate’s stance on this remains uncertain. However, it’s been a notable week for Sanders, as his life story is set to be portrayed in an upcoming biopic inspired by the 1996 book The Colonel’s Secret: Eleven Herbs and a Spicy Daughter, authored by his daughter, Margaret Sanders.
