While we may not all share Tony Soprano's lifestyle, those of us in New Jersey can enjoy some authentic 'gabagool' that the Soprano family would approve of. Thrillist shares that On Location Tours runs a Sopranos-themed bus tour, stopping at restaurants and businesses known to fans of the iconic HBO show.
The tour began nearly twenty years ago while The Sopranos was still airing. Recently, they incorporated spots from the prequel film, The Many Saints of Newark, into the original tour route.
The tour kicks off in Manhattan near Seventh Avenue and 39th Street before heading to New Jersey, Tony’s home turf. You'll visit his favorite spots, like Pizzaland, which appears in the show's opening credits, the Skyway Diner, where a key character is shot, and Satin Dolls, the real-life Bada Bing.
This tour gives guests plenty of chances to embrace their inner mob boss. You can order Tony's favorite onion rings from Holsten's and sit in the same booth where he was during the show's controversial final scene. For an even more luxurious experience, you can upgrade to a private limo for $750.
Standard tickets for The Sopranos location tour cost $72 per person, with private tours available for $160 per person. Book your tickets here and start perfecting your Jersey accent.
